We started this as a Service to our customers, but quickly learned there are many buggy riders out there who appreciate us fulfilling their parts needs. Because buggys are our business, we can help you with part numbers that have changed, knowing what parts you may also need when doing repairs, tech support for assisting in identifying a problem based on years of experience, and eliminating your frustration with buying parts that claim to work on all buggys, but do not!

HOW TO ORDER
We keep it simple. Once you order, you will have an account on file. For initial purchases, either call of email us and include with your request, the Hammerhead Model as well as a phone number where you can be reached. We accept all Major Credit Cards, or if sending a personal check, please note that we must wait for the check to clear before shipping your items.
SHIPPING
We use Priority Flat-Rate US Postal, or UPS for larger items, to keep shipping charges to a minimum.
CAUTION! Please contact Sam - come part numbers have changed, or may be misprinted. Sam can also assist you in creating an account, and details on resale to service centers, to make your repeat experience easy and simple.
RETURNS - Electrical Parts are NOT returnable. For all other parts, If there is an error by us, we will fix it.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-ELECTRICAL PARTS: Please call for Return Authorization - within 120 days of receipt. If return is due to an error on our part, or if product is received damaged/defective, HH Motor Sports will replace it or refund payment upon receipt of return. The part must be in good salable condition to apply. If return is due to an error on your part, and item is a Special Order Part, a 15% restock fee may apply, all shipping is paid by user.
AVAILABILITY: All orders are subject to current availability. If the product is backordered beyond our control, and its delivery date is longer than 30 days after notification, you have the right to cancel the order and any funds received by us will be returned to you in full.

TIPS
NEVER JUMP THE BATTERY - To keep your battery at peak performance, a 2-AMP trickle charger should be used. We prefer the type with Automatic Shut-Off feature and this can be used all winter. If the battery is jumped, you can fry the electrical system all the way to the stator!
FUEL SWITCH & 90 OCTANE
If your buggy has the On/OFF gas switch, be sure to turn it off when not using it. Also to keep your carb clean, we recommend using high octane gas, but it is not required.
AIR FILTER - ALWAYS KEEP IT CLEAN
When an air filter gets clogged, it can damage your engine. Also after storing it in the winter, check to be sure no varmits have nested around the motor!
USING FUEL STABILIZER
When you are storing your buggy, you can add a fuel stabilizer as the oxygenators in the fuel will evaporate over time. However be sure to run the buggy after adding stabilizer to be certain you will get this mix into the carburetor!
DO NOT USE COMMERCIAL CARB CLEANERS
Please do not use a carb cleaner found in auto parts departments. These are not good for this type vehicle.
CHANGING THE OIL
It is important to have good clean oil to maintain the life of your motor. We change out the shipping oil, with 10W40 Amsoil full synthetic. DO NOT OVERFILL. Always check your oil level before riding.
CHECKLIST FOR RIDING
As addressed in the Owners Manual, be sure to check all bolts, nuts, cables, and tire pressure before riding. Check brakes and tire lug nuts. Remove all dirt, mud, debris from underbody and exhaust areas prior to riding. Check air filter is in good condition and oil is registering full. For SS250 models, be sure you have proper coolant in the radiator before starting motor and only when engine is cool. Always wear your seatbelt - these can easily get "caught" under the tires when not in use! It is recommended to use eye protection and DOT approved helmet.
