High performance, Taiwanese rollers were purposely engineered for racing. Each individual roller comes with a patented self-lubricated material for smooth shifting at all times. A special formula PA-66 material resists heat for less wear and tear. Different roller weights can be applied to modify performance for variables such as rider weight, riding style and/or terrain. Koso clutch allows from 3
to 9 unique settings by simply modifying three fitting screws and
from 9 to 27 settings by adjusting the setting springs and shoes
according to the model of the vehicle. The delta clutch attains the
highest RPMs at the moment of traction resulting in incredible
acceleration. The advantages offered by these clutches are
significant because they allow sophisticated tune-ups for a very
wide range of engine revs. The Koso delta clutch is marketed with a
sport tune-up, coupled with a variety of optional accessories that
allow a race setting at the highest levels. The delta clutch is
adaptable for competition in both city and sporting use.

The high quality compression springs are coated with a unique, high-efficiency heat-resistant coating that sustains perfect spring tension and deters heat build-up. Standard compression springs will heat up changing the tension of the spring resulting in erratic shift patterns. Different spring tensions can be selected for different types of riding. The UNI filter is known as one of
the best air filters on the market. The dual layer UNI filter is specially
designed to block all dirt and sand and provides outstanding protection
against water, mud and other extreme debris. The external filter sleeve/wrap
is an excellent prefilter, stopping some of the dirt, but is utilized
typically for preventing dirt build-up and for extending the life of the
original filter. UNI filters clamp on easily to the carburetor, will not
restrict air-flow and can be easily washed for reuse.
